叶片是作物最重要的源器官,其同化物输出对作物的产业有决定性作用。同位素示踪是研究同化物运输和分配的有效手段,以往研究多采取饲喂后定期离体测定的方法(王福钧,1989),往往影响数据的准确性。示踪动力学研究则能有效地避免离体测定的缺陷(葛才林等,1993)。本文报告一种研究叶片物质输出的简易的动态测量方法。
Leaves are the most important source organs of crops and their export of assimilates is decisive for the crop industry. Isotope tracing is an effective means of studying the transport and distribution of assimilates. In the past, the method of taking regular in vitro measurements after feeding (Wang FJ, 1989) often influenced the accuracy of the data. Tracer kinetic studies can effectively avoid the in vitro determination of defects (Ge Caolin et al., 1993). This article reports a simple, dynamic measurement of leaf matter output.
