为了提高主井带式输送机控制系统的可靠性,增强控制系统与驱动系统之间的兼容性,通过对原来的控制系统进行改造,由S7—414H冗余系统替代GE公司的9070可编程控制器。介绍了控制系统的特点、硬件结构和功能以及对系统的一些应用体会。运行实践表明,改造后的控制系统降低了系统故障率,系统运行稳定可靠,为企业生产提供了有力的保障。
In order to improve the reliability of the main belt conveyor control system and enhance the compatibility between the control system and the drive system, by replacing the original control system by the S7-414H redundant system instead of GE’s 9070 programmable control Device.
