临床资料患者,女,73岁。主因右侧鼻翼新生物10余年,于2011年3月26日就诊。患者缘于10年前无明显诱因,右侧鼻翼出现一粟粒大小的淡褐色丘疹,无明显自觉症状。此后10年间患者皮损不断增大至鹌鹑蛋大小,颜色变深,伴瘙痒,患者经常用手搔抓,皮损可出现破溃并有少量渗出,一直未予以治疗。体格检查:生命体征平稳,全身浅表淋巴结不增大。皮肤科情况:右侧鼻翼见一鹌鹑蛋大小的暗紫红色结节,界 Clinical data, female, 73 years old.
