合成了萘二异氰酸酯钝化咪唑化合物NI,并使用FTIR表征了其结构,对环氧树脂/双氰胺/NI体系的固化促进机理、固化活性、转化率、反应动力学、耐热性能和贮存性能进行了研究。结果表明,环氧树脂/双氰胺/NI体系具有良好的固化活性,与未加促进剂的体系相比,特征温度降低了50~60℃左右。环氧树脂/双氰胺/NI体系的表观活化能为89.33kJ/mol,反应级数约为一级。当使用2phr NI时,固化物的Tg可达148.7℃,同时促进剂的含量对体系耐热性能影响不大。该体系在室温下具有良好的贮存稳定性。
Naphthalene diisocyanate was synthesized to passivate imidazolium compound NI. Its structure was characterized by FTIR. The curing promotion mechanism, curing activity, conversion rate, reaction kinetics, heat resistance and storage of epoxy resin / dicyandiamide / NI system were studied. Performance has been studied. The results show that epoxy resin / dicyandiamide / NI system has good curing activity, compared with the system without accelerator, the characteristic temperature is reduced by about 50 ~ 60 ℃. The apparent activation energy of epoxy resin / dicyandiamide / NI system is 89.33kJ / mol, and the order of reaction is about one order. When 2phr NI is used, the Tg of the cured product can reach 148.7 ℃. At the same time, the content of accelerator has little effect on the heat resistance of the system. The system has good storage stability at room temperature.
