目的:建立枇杷花药材HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Alltech Apollo C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速:0.5 mL/min,检测波长:210 nm,柱温:20℃,以熊果酸为参照物,对13批不同产地枇杷花药材进行指纹图谱分析。结果:建立了枇杷花药材的HPLC指纹图谱,标定出共有峰17个,并用对照品指认了2个峰,13批不同产地枇杷花相似度存在差异。结论:根据该色谱条件构建的HPLC指纹图谱为枇杷花药材质量评价提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprinting method for the flower of loquat. Methods: Alltech Apollo C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of gradient elution with methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid at a flow rate of 0.5 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Taking ursolic acid as reference, the fingerprints of 13 batches of loquat flower from different habitats were analyzed. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of the flower of loquat was established, 17 common peaks were identified, and 2 peaks were identified by reference substance. The similarity of loquat flower in 13 batches of different regions was different. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprinting based on the chromatographic conditions provides a scientific basis for evaluating the quality of loquat flower medicinal materials.
