俗话说:“有收没收在于种,收多收少在于虫。”病虫害防治历年来都是粮食生产的重要任务。据测算,如果防治不力就可能带来30%~40%的减产。不过在这几年的病虫害防治中,记者却屡屡看到了一些“奇事”。奇事一:在我国严重蝗灾区——天津市大港区,密密麻麻的小蝗虫贴着地面到处乱蹦,当地农民却悠哉游哉地看着,一点不着急。
