本试验以长富2号/T337自根砧苹果幼树为试材,采用水培试验方法,研究不同供磷水平(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 mmol/L)对苹果光合及叶绿素荧光特性的影响。试验结果表明,Chl.a、Ch1.b、Car.、Pn、Tr、WUE、Fo、Fm和Fv均随磷浓度的升高呈先增加后降低的趋势,至1.0mmol/L处达到最大值,表明此供磷水平下,苹果幼树叶片光合性能最强,最适宜苹果幼树生长。由此可见,在本试验条件下,栽培苹果的最佳磷浓度为1.0mmol/L。
In this experiment, the apple tree of Changfu No.2 / T337 self-rootstock was used as experimental material to study the effects of different phosphorus levels (0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5 mmol / L) Effect of Chlorophyll Fluorescence Properties.
