本试验对紫丁香的杆插繁殖技术进行了探讨,同时研究了用不同浓度的α—奈乙酸、吲哚乙酸粉剂和不同浓度的2,4—D溶液处理对于杆插繁殖的促进作用。结果表明:经0.1%吲哚乙酸粉剂处理的杆插生根数多而且长,其生根能力比对照提高220%,因而效果最佳。另外用0.1%α—奈乙酸粉剂处理和1000×10 ̄(-6)2.4D溶液处理3h或500×10 ̄(-5)2.4—D溶液处理9h的杆插的生根能力均比对照有明显的提高。
In this study, we explored the technology of stem propagation of lilac and studied the promotion effect of different concentrations of α-naphthaleneacetic acid, indoleacetic acid powder and different concentrations of 2,4-D solution on stem propagation. The results showed that the rooting ability of the stems treated with 0.1% indoleacetic acid powder was more and longer than that of the control, and the best rooting ability was obtained. In addition, the rooting capacity of the stem inserted with 0.1% α-naphthalene acetate powder and treated with 1000 × 10 ~ (-6) 2.4D for 3h or 500 × 10 ~ (-5) 2.4-D for 9h Significantly higher than the control.
