1995~1998 年从恩施州烟草上采集到黑胫病标样102 个,分离纯化出46 个菌系,根据鉴别寄主的病害反应鉴定其生理小种。用游动孢子悬浮液注射10 叶期左右鉴别寄主的茎基部,所用鉴别寄主为L8、N C1071、N.nudicaulis和小黄金1025。结果表明:46 个菌系对L8、N C 1071 和N.nudicaulis无致病力,应为0 号小种。其中有20 个菌系来源于L8 杂交种MSKy14×L8,说明恩施烟区杂交种MSKy14×L8 由于黑胫病菌生理小种变化而造成的黑胫病发病的可能性很小。本文对于该品种在生产上有一定程度的黑胫病发生的原因做了初步探讨。
From 1995 to 1998, 102 samples of black shank were collected from Enshi tobacco, 46 bacterial strains were isolated and purified, and their physiological races were identified according to the disease response of host identification. The zoospore suspension was used to identify the stem base of the host about 10 leaves, and the host for identification was L8, N C1071, N. nudicaulis and little gold 1025. The results showed that 46 strains were positive for L8, N C 1071 and N. Nudicaulis non-pathogenic, should be 0 race. Among them, 20 strains originated from L8 hybrid MSKy14 × L8, indicating that there is little possibility of black shank disease caused by the change of physiological races in Enshi tobacco hybrid MSKy14 × L8. This article makes a preliminary study on the reason why the breed has a certain degree of occurrence in the production of black shank.
