糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症之一,目前虽有多种药物可供该症治疗,但其效果尚不理想。我们应用去铁胺(Deferoxamine)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变获得了满意疗效,现报道并讨论如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:Ⅱ型糖尿病35例,男23例,女12例,病程7.2±4.2年(3.5～12年),年龄49.1±8.3岁(46～61岁)。本组病人均有肢体疼痛、麻木症状,肌电图检查示腓神经或正中神经的感觉神经或(和)运动神经传导速度低于正常人。此外,本组
