本文针对我厂氧枪出现的φ133×5-180°氧弯管或内径φ127氧胶管爆炸问题,对通氧管道燃烧爆炸促成条件,在实验条件下,金属燃烧所需最低压力以及各种粒度的铁粉的着火温度作了简明扼要的阐述,并对热的来源作了简单计算说明。本文就我厂氧弯管的爆炸问题作了较详细的分析。从通氧管道锈蚀生成机理到锈蚀物的来源,引申出φ133×5-180°氧弯管或内径φ127氧胶管爆炸成因,从而提出解决的技术措施。
