针对固定频谱分配法存在频谱利用率较低等缺点,提出了灵活频谱共享法,并提出了一种基于优先级竞争机制的灵活频谱共享的实现方案。该方案中各个无线接入系统能够实现频谱资源共享,大大提高了频谱的利用率并在江苏移动常州分公司G9扩容中得到了应用。
Aiming at the disadvantage of low spectrum efficiency of fixed spectrum allocation, a flexible spectrum sharing method is proposed and a scheme of flexible spectrum sharing based on priority contention mechanism is proposed. In this scheme, each wireless access system can realize spectrum resource sharing, greatly improving spectrum utilization and being applied in the expansion of Changzhou Branch of Jiangsu Mobile Changzhou Branch.
