现场施工,普遍使用交流弧焊机,二次焊把线电压均在30～80V区间。只要严格执行安全操作规程,正确施焊,是不会发生触电伤亡事故的。但在现场施工中,往往因违章施焊而触电伤亡,因为低压电电击伤人,这种事故发生概率较少,所以在部分工人和现场领导的头脑中,产生了麻痹思想,错误地认为电焊机二次火线也死人不可能,尤其是新参加工作的青年工人更没有闻见过。在宝钢建设工地上,某建设分部青年工作王××就不幸被电焊机焊把线电死了。
