5月29日,国务院办公厅转发建设部等九部门《关于调整住房供应结构稳定住房价格的意见》,新规涵盖十五条细则,重点内容如下: (一) 制定和实施住房建设规划。要重点发展满足当地居民自住需求的中低价位、中小套型普通商品住房。 (二) 明确新建住房结构比例。自2006年6月1日起,凡新审批、新开工的商品住房建设,套型建筑面积90平方米以下住房(含经济适用住房)面积所占比重,必须达到开发建设总面积的70%以上。 (三) 从2006年6月1日起,对购买住房不足5年转手交易的。销售时按其取得的售房收入全额征收营业税;个人购买普通住房超过5年(含5年)转
On May 29, the General Office of the State Council transmitted 9 Opinions on Adjusting the Housing Supply Structure to Stabilize Housing Prices issued by the Ministry of Construction.
