在齿轮的表面硬化处理中 ,预测及控制齿轮渗碳淬火后产生的变形、应力、硬度的偏差是重要课题。文章介绍采用实测与模拟来预测和控制上述偏差的具体方法 ,并以斜齿轮为例 (材质为 SCr42 0 ) ,对渗碳淬火过程中温度、相变及应力 -变形间的复合现象 (相互关系 )进行了模拟。根据实测值与模拟值比较了各种结果 ,明确了齿轮渗碳淬火的变形、应力、硬度的趋势 ,指出了模拟中必须考虑相变塑性变形
In the gear surface hardening treatment, it is an important issue to predict and control the deformation, stress and hardness deviation of the gear after carburizing and quenching. In this paper, the methods of actual measurement and simulation are introduced to predict and control these deviations.
