为国优高速齿轮泵的铝合金壳体设计制造了一台淬火炉,其结构在引进美国同类炉的基础上有所改进,加热元件、护村采用国家级重点推广南航红外新技术。该炉达到了炉温稳定度≤±1℃,炉温均匀度≤±3℃,入水时间<10秒的技术要求,且高效节能。讨论了改进要点及节能机理。
