目的:探讨Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin在卵巢上皮癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用Survive蛋白的单克降抗体及血管抑素Angiostatin的单克降抗体,以SP免疫组织化学方法,对41例卵巢上皮癌、11例良性卵巢上皮瘤和10例正常卵巢组织的石蜡标本作Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin的检测,并分析卵巢上皮癌的临床病理资料。结果:(1)正常卵巢组织Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin均呈阴性表达,良性卵巢上皮瘤Survive蛋白呈阴性表达,血管抑素Angiostatin呈阳性表达。卵巢上皮癌中可有Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin表达,Survive蛋白在正常卵巢,卵巢良性肿瘤与卵巢恶性肿瘤之间2者的表达有极显著差异(P<0.01);血管抑素Angiostatin在正常卵巢、卵巢肿瘤之间2者的表达有极显著差异(P<0.01);卵巢上皮癌与卵巢上皮瘤相比2者的表达呈升高趋势,但不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)Survive蛋白的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的临床分期、组织分化程度及病理类型正相关(P<0.05);血管抑素Angiostatin的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的临床分期、组织分化程度及病理类型呈负相关(P<0.05);(3)Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin的阳性表达与卵巢上皮癌的预后有关(P<0.05):(4)Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin在卵巢上皮癌中的表达呈正性相关,2者表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论;Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin可能是卵巢上皮癌发生的相关基因,与肿瘤的发展及转移有关,检测Survive蛋白及血管抑素Angiostatin可以估计卵巢上皮癌患者的预后,辅助指导临床化疗。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survive protein and angiostatin in epithelial ovarian cancer. METHODS: Paraffin-embedded specimens of 41 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, 11 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemistry with monoclonal antibody against Survive protein and angiostatin. Survive protein and Angiostatin were detected, and the clinicopathological data of ovarian epithelial carcinoma were analyzed. Results: (1) Survive protein and angiostatin in normal ovarian tissue were negatively expressed, while Survive protein in benign ovarian epithelial tumor was negative and Angiostatin was positive. The expression of Survive protein and angiostatin Angiostatin in ovarian epithelial carcinoma may be significantly different (P <0.01). The expression of Survive protein in normal ovary, benign ovarian tumor and ovarian malignant tumor has significant difference (P <0.01) There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The expression of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and ovarian epithelial carcinoma was higher than that of ovarian epithelial carcinoma (P <0.01), but not statistically significant (P> 0.05). (2) The positive expression of Survive protein was positively correlated with the clinical stage, histological differentiation and pathological type of ovarian epithelial carcinoma (P <0.05). The positive expression of Angiostatin was correlated with the clinical stage, histological grade and histological grade of ovarian epithelial carcinoma (P <0.05). (3) The positive expression of Survive protein and angiostatin was correlated with the prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer (P <0.05) :( 4) Survive protein and angiostatin Angiostatin in epithelial ovarian cancer There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Survive protein and angiostatin may be related gene in ovarian epithelial carcinoma, which is related to tumor development and metastasis. Detecting Survive protein and Angiostatin can estimate the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and assist in guiding clinical chemotherapy.
