铋盐-抗坏血酸钼蓝法测定磷,实际是磷与砷的总量。对于消除砷的干扰,可以加硫代硫酸钠,但显色液的稳定性大为减弱,高砷试样其稳定性不到几分钟。我们发现,在显色液中加入乳酸,络合游离的钼酸可使显色液稳定1小时以上。试剂硝酸铋溶液:10%,用10克硝酸铋、10毫升硝酸与80毫升水混和溶解; 硫代硫酸钠:10%,每100毫升溶液中加入碳酸钠0.2克; 钼酸铵:0.3%,每升溶液中加氨水2毫升。
