为获取日本血吸虫未知基因全长cDNA,通过EST序列的同源性比较,发现日本血吸虫未知基因序列,将未知基因克隆的cDNA插入片段克隆到载体pBluscript（KS）,并对其进行序列测定和序列分析。结果获得日本血吸虫未知基因JAYL0230的克隆,序列分析结果提示该cDNA序列含有一个402bp的完整阅读框序列。
In order to obtain the full-length cDNA of unknown gene of Schistosoma japonicum, the unknown gene sequence of Schistosoma japonicum was found by homology comparison of EST sequences. The cDNA insert of unknown gene was cloned into vector pBluscript (KS), and sequenced and sequenced analysis. Results The clone of unknown gene JAYL0230 of Schistosoma japonicum was obtained. Sequence analysis indicated that the cDNA sequence contained a 402 bp complete reading frame.
