目的 制作中国人Turner综合征 (TS)自然生长曲线。研究Turner综合征患儿自然生长规律。方法 对全国 5省市 8所医院确诊的 2 5 3例TS患者治疗前的身高、体重和骨龄进行观测。同一患者的 2次测量值间隔至少超过 1年才作为 2例次参数计 ,共取得 2 89个身高值和 10 6个骨龄值。身高值经曲线参数估计法绘制曲线并与正常女孩生长曲线进行比较。结果 患儿平均出生身长为(47 2± 2 5 )cm ,身长标准差得分 (HtSDS)为 - 1 5 2。 3岁至 13岁各年龄组患儿平均身高及其HtSDS值随年龄增大与正常值差距增大 ,HtSDS从 3岁的 - 2 11降至 13岁的 - 4 83,患儿平均身高与同年龄正常身高均数之差由 3岁的 8 0 3cm增加至 13岁的 2 7 89cm ,从 13岁起逐渐减少至 2 0岁的 18 87cm。成年身高为 (140 0± 7 9)cm。 8岁前TS患儿生长曲线 x～ ( x +2s)的范围与正常女孩曲线 x～( x - 2s)的范围重叠 ,8岁起开始偏离 ,13～ 14岁时完全偏离。TS患儿生长曲线在青春期无生长高峰表现 ,年龄与骨龄差值随年龄增大而增大。 12岁以前差值 <2岁 ,13岁起差异增大 (>3岁 )。结论 TS患儿身高和骨龄随年龄增长逐渐偏离正常生长曲线 ,无青春期生长高峰 ,生长时间较正常人为长。
Objective To make the natural growth curve of Chinese Turner syndrome (TS). To study the natural growth of children with Turner syndrome. Methods The height, weight and bone age of 253 TS patients diagnosed in 8 hospitals in 5 provinces and cities of China were observed before treatment. Two measurements of the same patient at intervals of at least one year before as two sub-parameters, a total of obtained 2 89 height values and 106 bone age values. The height value is plotted by the curve parameter estimation method and compared with the normal girl growth curve. Results The average length of birth was (47 2 ± 2 5) cm and the standard deviation of body height (HtSDS) was -1 5 2. The average height and the HtSDS value of children aged 3 to 13 years with each age group increased with the increase of age, HtSDS decreased from 3 years old - 2 11 to 13 years old - 4 83, with the average height of children The difference in mean age between normals increased from 8 0 3 cm at 3 years to 2 7 89 cm at 13 years and decreased gradually from 13 years to 18 87 cm at 20 years. Adult height (140 0 ± 7 9) cm. The range of growth curve x ~ (x + 2s) of children with TS at the age of 8 overlapped with the curve of normal girls x ~ (x - 2s), started to deviate from the age of 8, and deviated completely from 13 to 14 years old. The growth curve of TS children showed no growth peak in adolescence, and the difference between age and bone age increased with age. Differences before age 12 <2 years old, 13 years old difference increases (> 3 years old). Conclusion The height and skeletal age of children with TS gradually deviate from the normal growth curve with age, no adolescent growth peak, growth time longer than normal.
