目的:基于Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的文献,通过文献计量学的方法分析先天性巨结肠近10年的研究现状和进展。方法:检索2011年1月至2020年12月Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的文献,检索公式设定为“TS=Hirschsprung Disease OR Colonic Aganglionosis OR Congenital Megacolon”,限定论文类型为“Article”和“Review”,限定语言为“English”。采用VOS-viewer和CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,对文献发文量、国家、机构、作者及期刊分布和文献共被引及聚类等方面进行综合分析。结果:共检索到1 786篇文献,其中论著1 590篇,综述196篇,相关文献分别在568种期刊上发表,平均每种期刊发表3.14篇,其中发文量最大的是美国的n Journal of Pediatric Surgery共190篇。文献覆盖了82个国家,其中美国的文献产量最高,占27.88%(498/1 786),其次是中国,占18.25 % (326/1 786)。共有1 983个研究机构发表相关文献,其中发文量最多的是爱尔兰的都柏林妇女儿童医院,占2.97%(53/1 786),中国的华中科技大学位居第二,占2.80%(50/1 786)。共有7 446位作者(包括第一作者及通信作者)参与相关研究,发文量最多的是都柏林妇女儿童医院的Puri Prem教授,占3.47%(62/1 786),其次是南京医科大学的唐维兵教授,占2.24%(40/1 786)。CiteSpace软件对文献共被引的可视化图谱显示先天性巨结肠研究领域结构及进展情况,研究热点从腹腔镜技术治疗转向细胞疗法和基因多态性的研究,从短期的术后并发症转向未来长期生活质量。n 结论:应用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,可客观反映先天性巨结肠近10年文献数量变化、分布情况,未来先天性巨结肠研究将更注重提高患儿的生存质量。“,”Objective:To explore the research status and trendy issues related to Hirschsprung disease (HD) using a bibliometric method based upon Web of Science platform over the last decade.Methods:The relevant literatures of HD published from January 2011 to December 2020 were retrieved from the database of Web of Science and analyzed with the tools of VOSviewer and CiteSpace. The retrieval strategy was “TS=Hirschsprung Disease OR Colonic Aganglionosis OR Congenital Megacolon” , the document types article or review and restricted language English. Full analysis involved multiple aspects of the publications, such as number of articles, distribution of countries and institutions, author information, journal distribution, cocitation and clustering of documents.Results:A total of 1786 articles were retrieved, including 1590 articles and 196 reviews, from publications in 568 journals, with an average of 3.14 articles per journal. The largest number of articles was published in Journal of Pediatric Surgery in the United States with a total of 190 articles. The literature covered 82 countries. The United States had the highest output of literature with 498 (27.88%) , followed by China(326, 18.25%) with a total of 1983 research institutions. Dublin Women and Children\' s Hospital had the largest number of publications (53, 2.97%) and Huazhong University of Science & Technology ranked second (50, 2.0%). A total of 7446 authors participated in the related researches. The most published article was Puri Prem (62, 3.47%) , followed by Professor Tang Weibing of Nanjing Children\'s Hospital (40, 2.24%) . Co-citation and clustering analysis indicated that the structure of HD research field reflected the research hotspots during different periods. Research hotspots shifted from laparoscopic techniques to cellular therapies, genetic polymorphisms and from short-term postoperative complications to future long-term quality- of- life.Conclusions:The applications of VOSviewer and CiteSpace for visual analysis can objectively reflect the changes in the number and distribution of congenital megacolon literature over the last decade. Future HD researches focus more upon improving the survival quality of children.
