某厂发生了由一只老鼠从下水道阴沟里爬出后窜到配电房电源母线上引起的事故。由于配电房是三相四线制供电,A相、B相、C相及中线N的相间距离很近,只有约40~50mm。当身上潮湿的老鼠爬上母线时,各相间及中线之间无绝缘措施,以至发生了相间及对地短路事故。所产生的大电流烧毁了配电房内所有的电气开关。直到总变电站的过流继电器动作,断开该工段的总电源控制开关,但整个配电房已经面目全非。只好更换所有的电气开关并处理好电源母线,才恢复了生产。
A plant occurred by a mouse crawling from the sewer gutter channeling to the power distribution room power bus caused the accident. As the power distribution room is a three-phase four-wire power supply, A phase, B phase, C phase and the middle of the N phase distance is very close, only about 40 ~ 50mm. When the damp mouse climbed onto the busbar, there was no insulation between the phases and between the mid-lines and even a short-circuit accident occurred between them. The resulting high current burns all the electrical switches in the power distribution room. Until the total substation overcurrent relay action, disconnect the section of the total power control switch, but the entire distribution room has been beyond recognition. Had to replace all the electrical switches and handle the power bus before resuming production.
