目的检测细胞黏附分子CD146在卵巢上皮性癌及子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,并探讨其表达与临床参数的相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法检测CD146在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织和子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果 CD146在卵巢上皮性癌组织阳性率高于卵巢良性上皮肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在子宫内膜组织中随着良性、非典型增生、恶性的变化而升高,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD146的高表达与卵巢上皮性癌的组织学分化、FIGO分期显著相关(r值分别为0.272、0.268,P<0.05),与子宫内膜癌的组织学分化、FIGO分期及浸润深度也存在显著相关(r值分别为0.315、0.262、0.346,P<0.05)。结论 CD146的高表达与卵巢上皮性癌及子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及转移有关,有可能是其诊断、术后随诊及靶向治疗的潜力分子。
Objective To detect the expression of cell adhesion molecule CD146 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma and endometrial carcinoma and to explore its correlation with clinical parameters. Methods The expression of CD146 in ovarian epithelial tumor tissue and endometrium was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of CD146 in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in benign epithelial ovarian tumor (P <0.05), and increased with the increase of benign and atypical hyperplasia and malignant in endometrium Differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The high expression of CD146 was correlated with histological differentiation and FIGO stage (r = 0.272,0.268, P <0.05, respectively). There was also significant difference between histological differentiation, FIGO stage and depth of invasion in endometrial carcinoma (R values were 0.315,0.262,0.346, P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of CD146 is associated with the occurrence, development and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer, which may be the potential molecular for diagnosis, postoperative follow-up and targeted therapy.
