目的研究久泻宁颗粒的抗炎作用。方法分别采用小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及腹腔毛细管通透性增高实验,大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验及蛋清致足趾肿胀实验观察久泻宁颗粒的抗炎作用。结果在小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及大鼠足肿胀实验中,久泻宁颗粒各组与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且久泻宁颗粒中剂量组与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。在醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性增高实验中,久泻宁高剂量组与模型对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),中剂量组及醋酸地塞米松组与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验中,醋酸泼尼松组与空白对照组比较有非常显著差异性(P<0.01),久泻宁颗粒中剂量组与空白对照组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论久泻宁颗粒有显著抑制由二甲苯、醋酸、蛋清等引起的急性炎症渗出、肿胀等反应及抑制由慢性炎症引起的肉芽组织增生的作用。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Jiuxianning granules. Methods Anti-inflammatory effects of Jiu-Ni-ning Granules were observed by mouse ear auricle swelling test, peritoneal capillary permeability test, rat granuloma test and egg-induced toe swelling test respectively. Results In mice ear auricle swelling test and rat foot swelling test, Jiuxianning granules in each group compared with the model group were significantly different (P <0.05), and Jiuxianning medium dose group compared with the model group Very significant difference (P <0.01). In acetic acid-induced mice peritoneal capillary permeability increased experiments, Jiuxianning high-dose group compared with the model control group had a significant difference (P <0.01), the middle dose group and dexamethasone acetate group compared with the model control group There was significant difference (P <0.05). In the rat granuloma test, prednisone acetate group compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.01), Jiuxianning medium dose group compared with the control group were significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jiu-Ni-ning Granules can significantly inhibit xylene, acetic acid, albumen and other acute inflammation caused by exudation, swelling and other reactions and inhibition of chronic inflammation caused by the proliferation of granulation tissue.
