In order to determine the kinetics and mechanism of the interaction between plastic infusion bag and drug, the author studied the effects of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) infusion bag and polypropylene infusion bag on warfarin sodium, benzodiazepine Nitrogen weeds and the adsorption of several other drugs. Based on the experimental results, the apparent partition coefficient of the drug in hexane phase and water phase was proposed to predict the sorption of the drug by the plastic.
