本文介绍采用微处理机控制器检测电阻点焊焊接电流有效值的数值监测原理,检测装置及其精度。文内论述了峰值电流的求解方法,并论证了在微处理机精度范围内电流有效值Ⅰ与峰值Ⅰ_M 的比值与负载功率因数角φ无关,而仅是可控硅导通角θ的函数的重要结论。从而得出Ⅰ/Ⅰ_M=p(θ)的函数关系式。
This paper introduces the principle of microprocessor based controller to detect rms welding current rms, detection device and its accuracy.
