目的:为了证实中医古方筋络宁的抗炎镇痛药理作用。方法:实验分五次:①将对右旋糖酐、角叉菜胶所致的大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组,观察对足跖肿胀率影响。②将大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组皮下注射,测定小鼠腹腔伊文思蓝含量以观察药物对毛细血管通透性。③将腹腔注射1%醋酸造模小鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组,分别皮下注射生理盐水与筋络宁,观察动物扭体次数。④将大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组、阳性对照组分别测定血液粘度、血栓形成及血小板功能等几个方面的研究。结果:结果显示①3 小时后高剂量组对右旋糖酐诱发的大鼠足跖浮肿较对照组有明显抑制作用。②筋络宁口服液能显著抑制醋酸诱发的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高。③对醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应呈明显抑制作用,并有一定的量效关系。④筋络宁口服液两个剂量能显著降低高低两个切速下的全血粘度、血小板粘附率、血小板最大聚集率,减小体外血栓长度、血栓湿度和质重。筋络宁口服液能剂量依赖性地缩短小鼠恢复自主活动时间。结论:足够剂量的“筋络宁口服液”对实验性大鼠具有消炎退肿、镇痛、活血化瘀的作用。
Objective: To confirm the anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmacological effects of Gufangjinluoning. Methods: The experiment was divided into five times: 1 Rats induced by dextran and carrageenan were randomly divided into control group, low-dose group and high-dose group, and the effect on the swelling rate of the athlete’s foot was observed. 2 The rats were randomly divided into control group, low-dose group, and high-dose group and injected subcutaneously. The content of Evans blue in the abdominal cavity of the mice was measured to observe the permeability of the capillary to drugs. 3 The mice injected intraperitoneal with 1% acetic acid were randomly divided into control group, low-dose group and high-dose group. Normal saline and juvenile-nourishing were injected subcutaneously respectively, and the writhing times were observed. 4 The rats were randomly divided into control group, low-dose group, high-dose group and positive control group to determine blood viscosity, thrombosis and platelet function in several aspects. Results: The results showed that after 13 hours, the high-dose group had a significant inhibitory effect on dextran-induced edema in rats compared with the control group. 2 Jinluoning oral liquid can significantly inhibit the increase of acetic acid-induced capillary permeability in the abdominal cavity of mice. 3 The inhibition of acetic acid-induced writhing in mice was significantly inhibited, and there was a certain dose-effect relationship. The two dosages of 4 FJN can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate, and platelet aggregation rate at both shear rates, and decrease the in vitro thrombus length, thrombus humidity and weight. Jinluoning Oral Liquid energy dose-dependently shortened the time of spontaneous activity recovery in mice. Conclusion: A sufficient dose of “Jiangluoning Oral Liquid” has anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory, swelling, analgesic and blood circulation effects on experimental rats.
