э形弹性金属密封是一种适用于大通径、低温、高压密封环境的金属密封结构,已成功应用于高压补燃液氧/煤油发动机液氧管路密封。针对100吨级高压补燃发动机中的э形弹性金属密封,建立了其非线性有限元弹塑性分析模型,基于ABAQUS 6.10进行了仿真计算,得到了4个密封面的接触面积和接触应力随预紧载荷的变化规律,确定了各密封面形成的先后顺序。对于密封机理的研究结果表明,э形环刚度过大是造成э形密封装配困难的根本原因。
E-shaped flexible metal seal is a suitable for large diameter, low temperature, high pressure sealing environment of the metal seal structure, has been successfully used in high pressure liquid oxygen oxygen / kerosene engine oxygen line seal. A non-linear finite element elasto-plastic analysis model was established for the E-shaped elastic metal seal in a 100-ton high pressure recuperation engine.
