介绍了刀具检测系统的原理、结构。通过硬件解调电路、接口和系统软件的设计,完成了对测量数据流的采集、标记、存贮和处理,实现了用微机显示器代替视频监视器对刀具图象的动态跟踪显示。从而将所有的测量、控制、监视信息集中于微机系统,充分体现了自动化检测的特点,为仪器实用奠定了基础。
The principle and structure of the tool detection system are introduced. Through the design of the hardware demodulation circuit, interface and system software, the acquisition, marking, storage and processing of the measurement data stream are completed, and the dynamic tracking display of the tool image by the computer monitor instead of the video monitor is realized. So that all the measurement, control, monitoring information focused on the computer system, fully embodies the characteristics of automated testing for the practical application of the instrument laid the foundation.
