摘要 当前，以多媒体计算机技术和网络通信技术为主要标志的信息技术对当代社会产生重大影响，也对现行教育产生冲击。特别是计算机多媒体融图、文、声于一体的认知环境以及先进的网络技术，使得人们关于教育、教学的传统观念受到冲击，导致教学内容、教学手段、教学方法、教学模式、教学理论、教育思想甚至教学体制的变革。随着计算机网络的普及，以计算机为核心的信息化教学已成为当前实施素质教育、提高课堂教学效率的一种有效途径。
