独山子炼油化工总厂含硫污水单塔汽提装置原处理量为 35m3/h左右 ,为提高到 68m3/h ,采用了河北工业大学开发的一种新型高效立体传质塔板代替原来使用的浮阀塔板。改造后装置处理量达到改造前的 1.5~ 2倍 ,各项排放指标都能满足工艺要求。但改造后汽提塔的分离精度无明显提高 ,装置在操作、工艺流程上还需改进。介绍了这种新型高效立体传质塔板的结构及操作特点。
Dushanzi Refinery Chemical Plant sulfur-containing sewage stripping unit of the original single-tower volume of 35m3 / h or so, to improve to 68m3 / h, the use of Hebei University of Technology developed a new type of efficient three-dimensional mass transfer tray instead of the original Float valve tray. After the transformation of the device to reach 1.5 to 2 times before the transformation of the treatment capacity, the emission targets can meet the technical requirements. However, after the reforming, the separation accuracy of the stripping column is not obviously improved. The device needs to be improved in the operation and the process flow. The structure and operation characteristics of this new type of highly efficient three-dimensional mass transfer tray are introduced.
