采用层间隔震技术对某建筑进行加层与加固的减震设计,并对高位层间隔震结构和加层后无隔震传统结构进了对比分析,包括反应谱和局部非线性多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下的时程分析。分析结果表明,高位层间隔震结构能明显减小结构的地震反应,改善结构的抗震性能,从而减少底部原有结构构件的加固数量,并且能使结构满足现行抗震设计规范要求。最后还提出采用高位层间隔震技术时电梯井的处理方法,可供相关工程设计参考。
