目的比较川木香煨制前后主要药效成分木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯在大鼠胃、小肠、结肠的吸收差异。方法建立大鼠原位胃、小肠、结肠吸收灌注模型,HPLC-UV法测定给药后各灌注液中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯和酚红的量,获取川木香煨制前后主要药效成分在胃、小肠、结肠中吸收动力学参数。结果川木香生品中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯在大鼠胃和小肠中的每小时吸收百分率较煨制品高(P<0.05),川木香煨制品中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯在结肠中的每小时吸收百分率较生品高(P<0.01)。结论川木香煨制品中药效成分在结肠中吸收速度高于生品。
OBJECTIVE To compare the absorption differences between the major active constituents of ligustilide and dehydrocostuslane in the stomach, small intestine and colon of rats before and after the simmering. Methods The in situ gastric, intestinal and colonic absorption and perfusion models were established in rats. The amount of ligroxolide, dehydrocostus and phenol red in each perfusate was determined by HPLC-UV, Before and after the main pharmacodynamic components in the stomach, small intestine, colon absorption kinetic parameters. Results The percentage of absorption per hour in the stomach and the small intestine of the musk alglactone and dehydrocostus lactone from Chuanmusiangao was higher than that of the stewed products (P <0.05) Lactone and dehydrocostus lactone in the colon per hour absorption percentage higher than the product (P <0.01). Conclusion Chuanmuxiang simmer product absorption rate in the colon than the raw material.
