为了有效地提高煤矿挖掘钻机的动力学性能,提高煤矿工作效率,研究了一种基于单片机的煤矿挖掘钻机变幅机构的动态仿真模型,对其多变幅机构的变幅过程进行了多种状态的虚拟仿真,然后通过仿真分析得出了煤矿挖掘钻机变幅机构工作的关键点,以及在不同工况下的最大受力状况,从而对煤矿挖掘钻机的PLC控制提供了依据。
