本文提出了一种新的大齿轮测量系统,该系统是通过将下述辅助系统加到大型滚齿机上来实现的。(1)将直径为2200mm 的高精度环形磁尺安装在滚齿机工作台的外表面,以测得被检件的角位移。(2)齿形传感器,它由一个气浮导轨和一直磁尺组成,用于测量测头的直线位移。(3)齿轮单面啮合测量部件。它是由一个标准齿轮和一个由精密轴承支撑的环形磁尺组成的。(4)控制和数据处理装置。该装置控制自动测量,计算误差,并用自带的微计算机记录和存储数据。此系统的主要特点是机构简单,精度高,能自动测量,并能对齿廓误差进行三维测量。
In this paper, a new gear measurement system is proposed, which is realized by adding the following auxiliary system to a large gear hobbing machine. (1) The diameter of 2200mm high precision circular magnetic scale mounted on the hobbing machine table surface to measure the angular displacement of the workpiece. (2) tooth profile sensor, which consists of a flotation guide rail and has always been composed of magnetic scale, used to measure the linear displacement of the probe. (3) gear single-sided engagement measuring components. It consists of a standard gear and a ring-shaped magnetic scale supported by a precision bearing. (4) control and data processing device. The device controls automatic measurements, calculates errors, and uses its own microcomputer to record and store data. The main features of this system are simple mechanism, high precision, automatic measurement and three-dimensional measurement of tooth profile error.
