对扬子烯烃厂水汽车间B炉近年来不能带满负荷运行的情况,进行了对比试验后,分析认为是回转式空气预热器漏风率非常严重,造成燃烧时空气量不足、燃烧状况变差、火焰加长、中心后移等一系列现象,导致一级过热器汽温超温而制约锅炉出力所致。通过采取相应措施,很好地解决了存在的问题。
