作者采用三种方法,进行了皮肤表皮细胞培养共120例。并初步应用于临床。表皮细胞接种于胶原者,7~10天呈片,形成2~4层细胞,培养结果稳定。但细胞和胶原紧贴,不能单独分离。培养在3T3细胞滋养层者,于2~3周内形成3~8层复层细胞片,生长稳定。传代最多至第六代。由于3T3细胞是异种细胞,故未用于临床。表皮细胞接种于玻璃瓶进行无基底物培养,1~2天就有新细胞增殖,6~10天已形成整张复层细胞片,最多达15层以上,相似于人体皮肤表皮层结构。生长稳定,能进行多次传代,容易从瓶中分脱,适合于移植。作者将培养的细胞膜片移植于削痂创面及供皮区共20例,23例次。移植细胞膜片能加速创面愈合,移植后存活情况满意。

The cultured cells were transplanted in 20 cases of scab wounds and donor sites for 23 cases. Transplantation of cell membrane can accelerate wound healing, survival after transplantation satisfactory.
