前言 在文[1]中我们采用“弹性抗弯铰”的力学计算模型代替弯头,获得了计算埋地弯头升温载荷的近似解。关于这个解的准确度,应从两方面加以评定,一是实验研究,二是寻求更准确一些的分析解加以对比。 1978年至1979年期间,北京市煤气热力设计所、北京市市政四公司、北京市市政工程研究所、北京市热力公司,和我院协作,进行了一系列埋地管道实验研究,其中有关埋地弯头温度应力的实验结果,都与文[1]的理论计算值一致,相差不大。
Preface In [1], we adopt the mechanics calculation model of “elastic bending hinge” instead of elbow and obtain the approximate solution to calculate the heating load of buried elbow. The accuracy of this solution should be assessed from two aspects, one is experimental research, the other is to seek more accurate analytic solution to be compared. From 1978 to 1979, a series of experiments on buried pipelines were carried out in collaboration with Beijing Municipal Thermal Design Institute, Beijing Municipal IV Company, Beijing Institute of Municipal Engineering, Beijing Thermal Power Company and our institute. Among them, The experimental results of the temperature stress of the elbow are all consistent with the theoretical calculation of the paper [1], with little difference.
