为研究管件电磁成形过程中所受电磁力的状况,对成形系统放电回路中工作线圈放电电流变化规律进行分析。在此基础上,通过解析建立了管件电磁成形时径向和轴向电磁力的计算公式,推导出了线圈-工件系统几何参数和电磁力幅值的对应关系。阐述了电磁成形过程中能量传递的影响因素,为设计出能量高利用率的电磁成形设备提供了重要的理论依据。
In order to study the electromagnetism force during the process of electromagnetic forming, the discharge current of the working coil in the discharge loop of forming system was analyzed. Based on this, the formulas of the radial and axial electromagnetic force of the tube during electromagnetic forming are established and the corresponding relationship between the geometric parameters of the coil-workpiece system and the amplitude of the electromagnetic force is deduced. The influencing factors of energy transfer in electromagnetic forming process are expounded, which provide important theoretical basis for designing electromagnetic forming equipment with high energy utilization rate.
