建德市今年1-9月实现 GDP76.41亿，财政总收入5.87亿，总体尚属欠发达地区。为了解和掌握中央“一号文件”实施后农民增收现状，了解和掌握深化农村信用社改革试点推进中的信贷支农情况，更好地指导、督促信用社加强农民增收的信贷支持，最近，人民银行建德市支行对2003年农民现金收入最高10个村、最低10个村的农民增收与信贷支持情况进行实地调查。召集由乡镇(农办)领导、村干部、农户参加的座谈会13个，当场发放和回收调查问卷127份。本次调查，信用社始终未参与，以保证信贷支农调查结果的客观真实。
From January to September this year, Jiande achieved a total GDP of 7.641 billion yuan and a total fiscal revenue of 587 million yuan, which is still underdeveloped in general. In order to understand and grasp the status quo of peasants ’income increase after the implementation of the “No. 1 Document” of the Central Government, understand and grasp the credit supporting agriculture in deepening the pilot reform of rural credit cooperatives, and better guide and urge the credit cooperatives to strengthen the credit support for farmers’ income increase. Recently, The PBC branch in Jiande City conducted a field survey on farmer incomes and credit support in 2003 with the highest cash income of farmers in 10 villages and the lowest 10 villages. Thirteen symposiums attended by leaders of villages and towns (farmers’ committees), village cadres and farmers participated in the symposium, and 127 questionnaires were distributed and recovered on the spot. The survey, credit unions have not been involved in order to ensure the credit truth-finding survey of agriculture.
