为探索城市薄弱中学管理策略与教学策略,我们采用问卷调查、文献研究、行动研究、比较研究等方法对城市薄弱中学的管理策略与教学策略进行了实践与探索。在为期两年的实践研究中,我们结合学校实际,从管理策略和教学策略两个维度,同时展开实践研究工作,通过对学校教职工、学生、家长进行问卷调查与访谈,深入分析了作为城市薄弱中学的我校在学校管理和教学中存在的问题,确立了适合城市薄弱中学的管理策略和教学策略。在管理策略实践研究中,通过分析国内外优秀学校特别是成功实现“反败为胜”的学校的管理策略,借鉴他们的管理经验;确立“思路创新
