在石化、冶金,城市煤气等工业部门,各类球罐用以贮存空气、氢气、氮气、氧气、乙烯、丙烯、丁乙烯、液化石油气、液化天然气、液氨等易爆介质。贮存的气态或液态介质逸出可造成灾难性事故,据不完全的统计,我国球罐在使用中爆炸,破裂以及在水压试验时破裂的事故约在2％左右。尤其是近二年来球罐事故有所增长,例如:1979年曾发生了三次球罐的爆炸、破裂事故,破坏的球罐达8台之多。
In petrochemical, metallurgy, urban gas and other industrial sectors, all kinds of spherical tanks are used to store explosive media such as air, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, ethylene, propylene, butylene, liquefied petroleum gas, liquefied natural gas and liquid ammonia. Storage of gaseous or liquid medium can cause catastrophic accidental escape. According to incomplete statistics, the explosion, rupture and rupture of our spherical tank in use are about 2%. In particular, the accident of spongy cans has increased in recent two years. For example, there were three cases of spillage and rupture of spheres in 1979, with as many as 8 spilled cans destroyed.
