水泥混凝土路面使用期的面板翘曲,不仅受瞬时温度梯度的影响,还与固化温度梯度密切相关。本文利用非线性温度分布分解原理,分析了固化温度梯度对路面温度应力的影响,结果表明:在最大正温度梯度作用下,负固化温度梯度使得路面板顶面压应力和底面拉应力减小,正固化温度梯度则使得二者增大,最大负温度梯度作用下则相反。固化温度梯度对水泥混凝土路面温度应力,特别是Top-Down开裂影响显著,在路面设计中应予以充分考虑。
The warpage of the concrete pavement is not only affected by the transient temperature gradient, but also closely related to the solidification temperature gradient. Based on the principle of non-linear temperature distribution and decomposition, the influence of the curing temperature gradient on the temperature stress is analyzed. The results show that under the maximum positive temperature gradient, the negative compressive stress and the bottom tensile stress decrease with the negative temperature gradient, Curing temperature gradient makes both increases, the maximum negative temperature gradient under the opposite effect. Curing temperature gradient on the cement concrete pavement temperature stress, especially the Top-Down cracking significant effect, pavement design should be fully taken into account.
