拉索耳板是连续墙抓斗托架上的一个U形件,焊接于托架上部,通过钢索连接托架与人字架,是连接桁架、工作装置及底盘的一个关键件。该件主要承受工作装置300~400kN的自重拉力,以及工作时的冲击力,其抗拉强度直接影响整车安全。因压形难度大,最初采用分块拼焊工艺制作,为保证抗拉强度,采用的焊缝较大,导致内应力集中,存在质量隐患。为解决这一问题,保证产品质量,决定改进成形工艺,由拼焊改为压形。先后进行压弯力分析、计算及选定压力机,设计压形用的凸凹模具并试验效果,现在已经形成成熟的工艺,成形质量较好,消除了安全隐患,并批量生产。
