“通过护理科研促进健康服务”是新时期护理专业发展的指导思想。临床护理研究不仅有助于推动临床护理学理论和实践的发展,促进临床护理学理论和技术的更新;同时,对直接提高护理工作质量具有实际意义。目前,全国各大医学院校及省、部属大医院护理科研究已达到相当水平。通过描述我院护理人员对护理科研意识和科研水平的现状,为医院主管部门制定相关政策和实施措施,提高整体护理水平,提供有价值的意见和建议。 “Promoting health service through nursing research” is the guiding ideology for the development of nursing profession in the new era. Clinical nursing research not only helps to promote the development of clinical nursing theory and practice, and promote the update of clinical nursing theory and technology. At the same time, it has practical significance to directly improve the quality of nursing work. At present, the major medical colleges and universities in the country and affiliated hospitals major nursing research has reached a considerable level. By describing the status quo of nurses’ scientific research awareness and research level in our hospital, we formulate relevant policies and implementation measures for the department in charge of hospitals so as to improve the overall nursing level and provide valuable opinions and suggestions.
