Since the 1990s, there have been many theories and practices on the organizational form of enterprises, such as “enterprise reengineering”, “learning organization”, “lean enterprise”, “borderless organization”, “strategic alliance” and so on. These theories reflect the development trend of the organizational forms of enterprises from different angles, which can be described as benevolence and wisdom.
