“油中感谢”除了标志着顾客忠诚度计划的启动之外,还意味着中国石化的总部营销迈出了第一步。7月29日,在中国石化销售有限责任公司零售管理处八层的办公室里,柴志明处长和他的同事们像往常一样在紧张地忙碌着。他们的忙碌基本上围绕着四个字“油中感谢”,这是中国石化7月8日起推出的一项重大积分增值活动的名称。从“感谢”二字开始,中国石化开启了总部与客户直接相连的通道,迈出了“创建中国石化零售服务品牌”的关键一步。

Starting from the word “thanks”, Sinopec Corp. has opened a direct link between its headquarters and its customers and has taken a key step toward “creating a retail service brand for Sinopec.”
