当前,计算机的发展主要体现在芯片技术的进步,以及在芯片技术发展限制下的软件和算法的进步上。我国现在已发展成为电子工业大国,但进一步的发展却受阻于芯片技术这个计算机产业的核心技术。为此,我国不少学者对我国至今没有自主产权的微处理器芯片和操作系统技术感到忧心忡忡,认为如果不掌握这两种核心技术,中国的计算机产业就如同建立在沙滩上,十分脆弱。看来,我国的计算机产业如何发展、走什么路的问题,实际上也就是如何看待芯片技术的决定作用,以及我国的芯片技术如何发展、走什么路的问题。由中科院沈绪榜院士撰写的“发展我国芯片技术应有整体性构想”(题为编者加)一文介绍了芯片技术对计算机发展的决定作用,讨论了我国芯片技术面临的实际问题,并提出了发展我国芯片技术与计算机的一些建议。
At present, the development of the computer is mainly reflected in the progress of the chip technology, as well as the progress of the software and algorithm under the limitation of the chip technology development. Our country has now developed into a great power in the electronics industry, but further development has been hindered by the chip technology, the core technology of the computer industry. For this reason, many scholars in our country are worried about the microprocessor chip and operating system technology in our country which have no proprietary right so far. They think that if you do not have these two core technologies, China’s computer industry will be very vulnerable on the beach. It seems that China’s computer industry how to develop, what road to go, in fact, that is how to deal with the decisive role of chip technology, as well as China’s chip technology how to develop, what road to go.
