(經一九五四年十二月九日省府委員會第二十四次會議擴大會通過) 自第一屆全省人民代表大會第一次會議結束以來,迄今已近五個月了。依據中華人民共和國憲法與中華人民共和國地方各級人民代表大會和地方各級人民委員會組織法的規定,省的人民代表大會會議每年應舉行兩次。遵照這個規定,結合我省實際情况,决定於一九五五年二月召開第一屆全省人民代表大會第二次會議。(具體日期另行通知) 根據中華人民共和國地方各級人民代表大會和地方各級人民委員會組織法第二章第六條所規定的職權,對第一屆全省人民代表大會第二次會議準備工作的主要內容爲: 省人民政府和省人民法院的工作報告; 全省一九五五年的建設計劃; 全省一九五四年的財政預算的執行情况報告和一九五五年的財政預算草案; (Adopted by the Enlarged Meeting of the 24th Provincial Committee of the Provincial Government on December 9, 1954) It has been almost five months since the first session of the First Provincial People’s Congress was concluded.
