针对矸石型复合地基桩体强度进行综合性实验设计,通过室内强度试验和数值模拟研究影响煤矸石型水泥土桩复合地基应用效能的关键因素——桩体强度和沉降变形,获得了在考虑工程材料成本条件下,煤矸石型水泥土复合桩体强度的最佳水泥配比为16%~20%、最佳水灰比范围为0.5~1.0、最佳粉灰比范围为0.25~0.88等参数。通过数值模拟分析得出煤矸石型水泥土桩复合地基单桩和群桩体系的变形特性规律。
Aiming at the comprehensive experimental design of the strength of the rockfill composite foundation, the strength and settlement deformation of the pile affected by the gangue cement-soil pile composite foundation are studied through indoor strength test and numerical simulation. Under the condition of material cost, the best cement proportion of coal gangue cement-soil composite piles is 16% ~ 20%, the best water-cement ratio range is 0.5 ~ 1.0, the best ash-cement ratio is 0.25 ~ 0.88 . Through the numerical simulation analysis, the deformation characteristics of coal gangue-type cement-soil pile composite foundation single pile and group pile system are obtained.
